Your fear is not that something bad will happen; you are afraid of the impact it will have upon you.
Is it the world that terrifies you, or is it your own vulnerability? If you know very well that, “Come what may! Let the world collapse, it will have no impact upon me,” will you still be afraid for the world? Once you discover that “I am not vulnerable at all, I don’t stand to lose anything” then what is the point in fearing?
Test your fear. See that even if the world collapses around you, you will still be alright.
