Real relaxation is about relaxing even in the middle of activity. You are relaxed even as you exert yourself. You are relaxed even as you are running. You are relaxed even as you are drained out. You are not waiting for a special activity like going to bed or sitting in meditation. You are not saying, “I will relax when I sit to meditate” or “I will relax when I will be there with my friend.” You are relaxed. You are just relaxed.
You are relaxed, and then you may do whatever you want to do. You may even exhibit great stress and tension while being really relaxed. It’s possible that tension then has a different quality.
