Description

Acharya Prashant explains that the happiness people seek is often a precursor to disappointment. He warns that danger frequently arrives disguised as happiness, praise, or progress. While morality teaches one to suppress anger, spirituality encourages understanding its nature through the three qualities of nature. Ignorant anger is directed at the Truth or a teacher for breaking one's delusions. Passionate anger arises from the loss of material possessions or fame. In contrast, pure anger occurs when one's peace, freedom, or connection to the Truth is threatened. He urges listeners to practice pure anger to overcome lower forms of anger. He further clarifies that a teacher represents one's own heart, peace, and liberation. Attachment to a teacher is considered the highest form of attachment because a true teacher eventually frees the seeker from all attachments, leading them to a state beyond all qualities. Regarding the teachings of Kabir Saheb, Acharya Prashant notes that the entire universe is a projection of the mind. When an individual realizes that fear and greed are internal rather than external, they achieve a state of equanimity similar to a monk or a hermit. By recognizing that the world is within, one stops chasing external shadows and attains true peace.
