Acharya Prashant explains that loneliness is not a result of being alone, but rather a consequence of viewing others as separate from oneself. He argues that we create our own isolation by mentally distancing ourselves from others and then complaining about the resulting loneliness. This sense of separation is a product of conditioning and false beliefs that we have accepted as our own. He emphasizes that our current state of being is not a new phenomenon but a continuation of deep-seated tendencies that have existed since our origin. These tendencies, or mental patterns, change their form over time but remain essentially the same unless consciously addressed. Regarding life and death, Acharya Prashant asserts that death is merely an extension of how one has lived. A life lived in bondage and routine will inevitably lead to a predictable and mundane death, whereas a life lived in freedom will culminate in a free death. He dismisses the idea that rituals or last-minute changes can alter one's spiritual state at the moment of death, quoting Kabir Saheb to emphasize that if one does not find liberation while alive, they will not find it after death. He urges the listener to realize that time alone does not bring change; despite millions of years and countless births, nothing changes unless there is a fundamental shift in the present moment. Therefore, one must seek transformation now rather than waiting for future births or the moment of death.
