Acharya Prashant explains that liberation from the bondage of the body cannot be achieved through death, as death does not sever the ties of the ego. He clarifies that supreme love is the natural state of the mind and an inherent necessity of the 'I' or ego. The ego, by its very nature of feeling incomplete, is always in a state of seeking or love. The problem is not that one needs to learn how to love, but rather that one actively obstructs this natural flow through ignorance and conditioning. He emphasizes that the ego's cry of pain is itself a form of love, and the task is to allow this love to manifest in one's actions and life rather than keeping it hidden.
