Acharya Prashant explains that Truth is not a distant, grand concept but is present in the immediate choices we make. He states that the questioner's decision to ask the question is itself an instance of Truth, whereas choosing to avoid it would have been false. The speaker points out that people often hold a "great, glorious, hugely inflated image of Truth." While pursuing this grand image, they ignore the various small, immediate truths that are continuously available and waiting to be chosen. Truth, according to the speaker, presents itself as opportunities to make the right decision in each moment. He clarifies that neither the question nor the answer is the Truth; rather, Truth is the light that enables one to make a choice. If one loves the actual Truth, they will make the right choice in the present. However, if one loves the *image* of Truth, they will perceive it as something "almighty, brilliant, glorious" and located somewhere else. This misconception makes the immediate, small choices of daily life seem frivolous and unimportant. When the present moment's choice is considered trivial, one forgets that it is a matter of life and death. This leads to making casual and often wrong decisions. The speaker emphasizes that Truth is not found elsewhere but is right here, right now, in one's movement and actions. For the individual self, Truth is the continuous movement towards Truth by making the right choices. Since action is inevitable, spirituality is simply about acting rightly in every moment. There is no other Truth than the choice available right now.
