Acharya Prashant explains that everything in the material world is essentially composed of earth or nature. He interprets the poetry of Baba Bulleh Shah to show that the horse, the rider, and all worldly interactions are merely matter interacting with matter. True joy is found in witnessing nature with detachment rather than trying to consume it. He references Shri Krishna to explain that both the insentient world and human consciousness are forms of nature. The ego falsely believes it is distinct from matter, but consciousness itself arises from the physical body and often remains obsessed with material things. Liberation involves recognizing that one is essentially the same as the earth even while alive. He emphasizes that to understand nature, one must be free from attachment to it, as attachment blinds the observer. Ultimately, choosing the Soul is the only true virtue, while choosing to remain in suffering is a result of being bound to material nature.
