Acharya Prashant describes love as the urge to move toward the ultimate truth, using the example of Sudama moving toward Shri Krishna. Gratitude is the lightness experienced during this journey and the realization of receiving blessings beyond one's capacity or eligibility. He explains that once a person feels true gratitude, they stop judging others based on eligibility and begin to distribute blessings freely. The speaker notes that while God is one, the diversity of human beings leads to a multitude of names, forms, and definitions for the divine, much like how a simple dish like dal is called by different names in different regions. He concludes by mentioning the Zen approach to remembrance, which is direct and values time so highly that teachers might use physical discipline to instantly awaken a forgetful mind.
