Acharya Prashant explains that enduring the continuous strikes of nature is a form of warfare, but this endurance should not be turned into a mere social habit or conditioning. He warns against being 'tolerant' out of compulsion, social pressure, or a sense of being an 'ideal' family member. True endurance must be rooted in spiritual knowledge and love rather than helplessness. He emphasizes that while a conditioned person suffers internally and may eventually break down, one who endures with awareness and for the sake of liberation remains mentally healthy. The speaker clarifies that suppression is only harmful when done unconsciously; when done with knowledge, it becomes a process of sublimation.
