Acharya Prashant explains that knowledge must precede action, specifically the knowledge of the actor or the ego. He describes this knowledge as dynamic and something that can only be attained within the flux of life, much like measuring the speed of water while it is flowing. He emphasizes that life is a constant movement and can only be understood through that movement rather than by trying to freeze or stop it.
