Acharya Prashant explains that the only true method for spiritual progress is to remain fully present and aware in every moment. This constant awareness is not a means to a future reward; rather, the very moment one is conscious, there is bliss and fulfillment. He emphasizes that unbroken awareness is the root of all spiritual practices, and any break in this state leads to doubt, suffering, and irritation. He advises that instead of trying to prove the validity of one's path to skeptical family members through arguments, one should remain so firm in their conviction that others eventually follow. He notes that logic is secondary to the deeper transformation that occurs through consistent practice.
