Acharya Prashant addresses a student's ethical dilemma regarding her career in food technology. The student expresses deep guilt over working in an industry that supports meat consumption and struggles with studying animal-related subjects. Acharya Prashant explains that people often make their past achievements, such as academic degrees or previous career paths, into rigid and inviolable conditions that limit their freedom. He emphasizes that one cannot live a fulfilling life while clinging to such heavy conditions and expectations. He clarifies that he does not provide simple solutions or temporary relief for those who refuse to change their painful circumstances; instead, he offers radical clarity, which he likens to dynamite rather than a mere pill. He further asserts that individuals must take full ownership of their choices and actions. He refuses to give direct instructions on whether someone should quit a job, as the responsibility for the consequences must lie solely with the individual to avoid shifting blame onto others later. His role is to provide light and clarity so that people can see their situation better, but the decision on which path to take remains their own. He encourages the audience to be wary of those who are too eager to tell them exactly what to do. The session concludes with followers sharing how his teachings have inspired them to take responsibility and bring positive changes to their lives through action rather than just words.
