Acharya Prashant explains that love is not a mere emotion but is synonymous with right effort and right action. He observes that in this world, nothing is static; both the mind and body are in constant motion, which constitutes action. He distinguishes between two types of flow: a chaotic, disorderly movement and an orderly, harmonious one. Love represents this orderly movement. He compares the actions of a person without love to those of a drunkard who is chaotic and unable to reach a destination, or a runner who is driven by future goals and achievements. In contrast, the action of love is like that of a dancer, where the fulfillment is present within the action itself, rather than being a search for a future result.
