Acharya Prashant discusses the practical application of spiritual teachings in daily life, specifically focusing on the concept of completeness in action. He explains that doing something with completeness does not mean finishing a task to its literal end or being obsessed with the activity itself. Instead, it means acting from a state of inner wholeness rather than trying to fill an internal void. Using the example of drinking tea, he points out that most people use such activities as a balm for their inner wounds or stress, which is a sign of incompleteness. True completeness is when an action is performed without dependency, fear, or the need for external validation.
