Acharya Prashant explains that if one's entire life is not functioning smoothly, it becomes very difficult to control one's conduct. He emphasizes that diet, daily routine, relationships, and the content one consumes through media are all interconnected aspects of conduct. It is difficult to fix any one of these in isolation; usually, when improvement occurs, all these aspects improve together. Referring to the concept that the first step is the last step, he suggests that if the final goal is not reached, it implies the first step was never truly taken. He encourages the listener to persevere through obstacles and attractions, noting that the beginning shows signs of peace and diversity that deserve to reach the destination. Quoting Jesus, he explains that the truth within us, which knows the destination and wants to lead us there, will become our savior if expressed, but will become our destroyer if suppressed. He advises allowing this inner truth to manifest fully, as it brings great joy, and suggests remembering the Divine to remain calm and overcome the hurdles created by illusion.
