Description

Acharya Prashant explains that the human concept of God as a creator is often limited to the idea of a manufacturer or builder who works with a blueprint and a specific purpose. He clarifies that what humans typically call creation is actually manufacturing or construction, where the creator remains separate from the object created. In contrast, true creativity involves no distance between the creator and the creation. He describes God's act as one of perfect love, where God does not stand aloof but manifests as everything that appears to be created. God is not a director of events but is the very essence of the creation itself, such as the river flowing. He further asserts that the search for a purpose in life or creation stems from a lack of love. A purposeful mind is one that calculates gains and losses, whereas in a state of love and intimacy, there is no need for calculation or records. Just as one does not ask for a purpose when spending time with a beloved, the act of God is a continuous, loving flow without a separate objective. He emphasizes that God loves himself so much that he remains constantly in touch with every part of his creation, becoming the creation itself. Therefore, the existence of the universe is not a calculated project with a goal, but a spontaneous expression of total togetherness and love.
