Acharya Prashant explains that there are countless ways to remain free from fear in daily life if one has faith in the truth. He suggests that when fear strikes, one should question the narrative it presents. Even if the feared loss occurs, one must ask, "So what?" He points out that we have survived many such losses in the past and remained standing. By reducing personal needs and dependencies, the power of fear is diminished because fear dominates by threatening to take things away. If one's reliance on external objects is minimal, fear loses its leverage. He advises that anything that can be taken away by time or circumstances was never truly ours; it was either borrowed or stolen. Attaching oneself to such transient things only creates suffering.
