Acharya Prashant explains that all names are sensory in nature, but a name that calms the mind instead of burdening it is called the True Name. In the initial stages of spiritual practice, any name—be it from scriptures, a sound like Om, or a simple greeting—can serve as the True Name. However, in the final stage, silence itself is the True Name. For a restless person, the word that brings peace is the True Name, while for a peaceful person, their own tranquility is the True Name. He clarifies that humans are not 'stardust' from outer space but are born from and return to the earth. While the body's destiny is fixed as dust, the mind seeks a goal because it is lost and restless. Therefore, the only true goal for the mind is peace.
