Acharya Prashant explains that human conversation is often a tool used to maintain distance and avoid true intimacy or silence. People use words and social masks to stay within the boundaries of civilization, fearing that silence might lead to a genuine meeting of souls or the dissolution of the ego. He suggests that just as words prevent human connection, thoughts prevent a connection with the ultimate truth. The ego resists these unions because it must disappear for them to occur. When dealing with someone who is stuck in ignorance or suffering, there is no fixed formula or method to make them understand the truth. One might try patience, love, or even tears, but the awakening of another is ultimately a matter of grace and cannot be forced through logic.
