Description

Acharya Prashant explains that the divine command and the commander are one and the same, emphasizing that the creation of forms is not a process of manufacturing as understood in the human world, but a manifestation of pure will. He highlights the limitations of the human mind, which attempts to describe the infinite using finite, worldly terms, comparing it to trying to describe a three-dimensional axis using only two-dimensional coordinates. He asserts that the divine cannot be described or reached through the intellect, as the human world is defined by division and entities, whereas the divine realm has no such distinctions. He further discusses the paradox of spiritual attainment, where one is told that the unattainable can be reached simply by listening. Acharya Prashant clarifies that this 'listening' requires the total absence of the ego; it is a state where the seeker disappears into the sought, much like a drop merging into the ocean. He explains that while the divine is found, the individual self that was searching is lost in the process. Therefore, two seemingly contradictory statements—that the divine is impossible to find and that it is already attained—are both true from a spiritual perspective, though they baffle the logical mind. Finally, he describes spiritual knowledge as the subtlest science. One who understands this subtlety gains a profound sharpness of vision and clarity that allows them to navigate the world with ease. He defines spirituality not as a pursuit of heavens or gods, but as the development of an intelligence that prevents one from being foolish. A spiritual mind, according to him, is like a 'monarch' (Badshah) because it possesses the depth to see through worldly illusions and remains established in a state beyond all divisions, making the individual master of their own life.
