Acharya Prashant explains that there is no life other than the life of duality and that duality is sacred and wonderful. He states that duality is the truth wanting to know itself and the source enjoying itself by dividing into two. Without duality, there would be no one to watch the ocean or experience failure and suffering. He emphasizes that all imperfections and failings are important and part of the divine play or leela. There is no reason to feel small or ashamed of this life, as it is the only life that exists. He suggests that we often live as if we are ashamed of living, which makes duality feel confining and limiting. He advises living shamelessly and unabashedly, noting that every bit of duality carries the imprint of its maker. He encourages coming close to all experiences, whether sadness or happiness, and even the body, to see the markings of the source. He mentions that bypassing duality is a great illusion because duality is the only way the source manifests itself. He concludes that the individual is duality, and to know duality is to be self-aware. Therefore, one should enjoy life fully without trying to escape to a non-dual state that would result in the disappearance of the inquirer themselves.
