Acharya Prashant addresses the question of what is mandatory for attaining Truth. He explains that attaining Truth is not about performing a few limited actions like watering a plant, worshiping a tree, or practicing specific physical postures for a set duration. Instead, it requires surrendering one's entire life to Truth. He emphasizes that every breath, every word, and every action must be dedicated to Truth. One must maintain constant awareness and watchfulness over their intentions to ensure they are not acting out of pettiness or triviality. This is a practice of continuous meditation and devotion that should not break, regardless of where one is or what one is doing. Addressing a question about social anxiety and nervousness during interviews, particularly when facing women, Acharya Prashant identifies the root cause as the desire to gain something. He explains that fear arises when one approaches the world as a beggar seeking wealth or companionship. He asserts that humans are children of the Supreme Father and should not live as beggars. The feeling of being 'incomplete' is a false education imposed by society, which suggests that one only becomes 'complete' through money or relationships. This perceived incompleteness leads to tension and a loss of confidence. He encourages living with the dignity of a 'lion,' realizing that one is already whole and does not need to beg for validation or employment. He concludes by advising that relationships and work should be based on equality and mutual growth rather than a desperate need to fill a void.
