Acharya Prashant explains that being human means existing as a duality that is simultaneously one. To be human is to be the body-mind, a creature of flesh and blood, while also being the source of all, which is divine and beyond perception. He warns that identifying solely as the body-mind leads to suffering, as does identifying solely as the source through thought, which is merely another mental fabrication. True humanness requires the parallel and simultaneous integration of both aspects. While the body-mind operates in the domain of words, morality, and errors, being fully human means being immersed in a union where the body-mind and the source are one. In this state of complete humanness, one can be engaged in vigorous activity while remaining in deep silence, or dancing on the soil while existing elsewhere. He emphasizes that the real challenge is not to become divine, but to become fully human by integrating these two dimensions.
