Acharya Prashant explains that action is an inevitable part of human existence. As long as one is in the body, action continues incessantly, even if one attempts to remain physically still or falls into a state of unconsciousness. He clarifies that the world itself is defined by constant change and movement; therefore, escaping action through knowledge is impossible. The real question is not whether to act, but rather the quality, center, and direction of one's actions. This leads to the concept of 'Yajna' (sacrifice), which he defines as directing one's actions toward something higher and more sublime than oneself, rather than acting for personal gain or the fulfillment of desires.
