Acharya Prashant explains that human beings are naturally designed to be influenced by the external world. Our physical constitution, including our eyes, ears, and skin, is oriented outward to perceive and interact with nature. This outward orientation extends to the mind, which is built upon external thoughts and conditioning. Nature, or Prakriti, intends for individuals to be engaged with the outside world, which is why going inward is a rare occurrence. He uses the analogy of a wave in a lake moving outward to illustrate how nature operates, whereas wisdom lies in the rare movement of traveling inward toward the center and disappearing.
