Acharya Prashant addresses the common misconception that one can maintain a chaotic or greedy lifestyle while seeking peace through meditation techniques. He argues that the very routine a person chooses is often the source of their unrest. If a person's daily life is built on a foundation of fear, greed, or triviality, no amount of meditation will bring lasting peace. Peace is described as stubborn; it demands truth, detachment, fearlessness, and vastness as its prerequisites. One cannot live a false life and expect to find tranquility through mere practice.
