Acharya Prashant explains the relationship between destiny and choice, clarifying that while the ultimate destination is fixed, the path taken is a matter of personal choice. He defines destiny not as mundane life events like marriage or career, but as liberation and the return to the Self. He emphasizes that while one has the freedom to choose how, when, and through what means they reach this end, the final union with the Truth is inevitable because one cannot escape their own source. He asserts that every decision in life is a choice, except for the Creator himself, from whom there is no separation. Using a story of a comedian facing a villain, Acharya Prashant illustrates that the world offers many choices that all lead to the same end: suffering and death. He explains that the comedian's wisdom lay in rejecting all the villain's options and instead surrendering directly at his feet. He teaches that trying to escape time and death through worldly choices is futile. The only way to truly transcend death is not to run away from the Great Time, but to surrender to it. By choosing the source rather than the options provided by the world, one finds true safety and liberation.
