Description

Acharya Prashant explains that the reasons driving an individual's personal life are the same reasons that drive the entire world. He argues that there is no fundamental difference between the individual and society, as the same motivations and inspirations act upon everyone. He challenges the common perception that enlightened beings like Shri Buddha, Shri Krishna, Kabir Saheb, and Guru Nanak Dev were antisocial or ran away from society. On the contrary, he asserts that they were more social than ordinary people because their sense of family and connection extended to thousands, whereas common people limit their social circle to a few family members. He further clarifies that these spiritual figures did not flee from society but instead provided it with refinement and purification. Because they were internally clean, the society around them also began to be cleansed. Acharya Prashant points out that ordinary people fear this purification because they have identified themselves with their own mental impurities. He highlights that figures like Guru Nanak Dev traveled extensively across India and even to Mecca and Medina, viewing the entire world as their society. He concludes by stating that the fear families have of their children becoming 'Sanyasis' is actually a fear of losing control and the ability to exploit them, as a person who realizes the truth can no longer be enslaved or treated like a beast of burden.
