Acharya Prashant explains that the deepest misery of the mind is forgetting one's true nature, much like a bird that has forgotten how to fly due to long-term captivity. While the highest solution is a spontaneous realization of one's essence, this is often unavailable. In such cases, the path of 'the Name' or chanting serves as a simpler, more accessible method to revive the memory of freedom. However, if even words fail to awaken the consciousness from its deep slumber, the most effective and infallible method is 'Sangat' or the company of those who are living in their true nature. Just as a fisherman who lost his memory regained the skill by sitting beside a friend rowing a boat, being in the company of the liberated awakens one's own dormant memory of freedom.
