Acharya Prashant explains that human life is currently uncoordinated and fragmented, much like a vehicle with two conflicting drivers. One driver represents the conscious self at the steering wheel, while the other is a hidden, subconscious force. This internal conflict leads to wasted energy and a lack of direction. To 'attain' or practice 'Sadhana' means to integrate these fragmented parts into a single, unified driver. He suggests that when the ego surrenders to a higher truth, often referred to as 'Ram' or the 'Atman', the life-vehicle moves smoothly toward its destination. Without this unity, one's actions are contradictory and self-destructive.
