Acharya Prashant addresses a questioner's concerns about feeling absent-minded and forgetful, such as forgetting where they parked their car, while experiencing a new sense of peace. He explains that this is an interim stage in spiritual progress where peace is still a mental experience. Because this peace is currently at the same mental level as mundane memories, it creates a reaction that causes temporary forgetfulness. He reassures the questioner that as this peace deepens and moves from the mind to the heart, the mind will become free and regain its functional efficiency, allowing one to remember daily tasks perfectly while remaining rooted in silence.
