Description

Acharya Prashant explains that one cannot directly jump to the truth or the right center because our lives and minds are currently filled with the false. The ego, or the false center, is formed by internalizing external influences and identities given by others. Our minds are full of imported beliefs regarding religion, success, career, and love, which we have not understood on our own but have merely accepted from the outside. Therefore, the first step toward reality is not to seek the truth, but to look sharply at the life we are leading and identify what is unreal.
