Acharya Prashant explains that the differences in the intensity of the desire for liberation among individuals are primarily a matter of time and experience. He asserts that liberation is the ultimate destiny for everyone, much like death is unavoidable for the physical body. While some may show a more pronounced inclination toward liberation due to their education, social background, or biological code, time will eventually level these differences. He clarifies that the seeker of liberation is not the physical body, and therefore, the concept of a single lifetime is immaterial to the spiritual journey. Addressing those who claim their lives are fine without spirituality, Acharya Prashant points out that such 'fineness' is often superficial and skin-deep. He argues that even to experience real pleasure or joy, one must go deep into the mind, which is the essence of the spiritual process. Those who live on the surface are highly vulnerable to mental disorders, depression, and anxiety because their well-being lacks substance. He suggests that spirituality is the art of depth, and even deep troubles are preferable to superficial pleasures because depth ultimately leads to truth and liberation.
