Acharya Prashant describes love as an upward glance, likening it to looking at the moon or the Himalayas. This perspective signifies looking at something far greater and higher than oneself, which naturally leads to the bowing down of the head and the disappearance of the ego. He explains that true love and desire cannot coexist because love makes one forget themselves and their personal cravings. When the self disappears, desires and the concept of the future are dismissed, as love is not something to be consumed or enjoyed for personal taste, but something that dissolves the individual.
