Acharya Prashant explains that achievements will happen, even great achievements greater than one can dream of, but the mind will remain a non-achiever. You would not be an achiever, and this is a beautiful thing where achievements are just happening without you even trying. This is a light and nice state, as opposed to the usual way where achievements depend on your hard work. He proposes achieving without even trying, where the mind is not attempting to achieve but is simply attentive and understanding. When the mind is understanding, the body functions by taking the right action, and out of these right actions, achievements happen. These achievements are not in the future; the right action itself is the achievement. One right action after another constitutes a right life. This state is described as having a 'non-achieving mind,' which is not the absence of achievement. Instead, achievement is present in every moment. When you are constantly full, you don't even think of achieving. One only thinks of achieving after the thought of being a non-achiever arises. If you are constantly situated in achievement, you will not think of achieving. Such a mind is at peace because it knows the most valuable thing is already safe and says, 'I am already home.' This state of being does not mean that life stops functioning; rather, it becomes a more beautiful and peaceful flow. This peaceful mind possesses great energy when required and great silence when required. Great energy flows from a peaceful mind, but it is not the energy of frustration or dissatisfaction, which is the usual source of our energy. It is the energy of happiness, like when one dances. This movement is not born from feeling small, frustrated, or incomplete, but from a sense of completeness. The speaker contrasts this with our usual fragmented state, where we are doing one thing while thinking of another. Real achievement is being fully present in the moment. It is not far away; it is right now. The only real achievement is right now. When in the playground, play fully; that is achievement. When in the classroom, be a student completely; that is achievement. The speaker emphasizes that we are all 'super-achievers' right now, and we don't have to become one. The only real achievement is right now, in this moment.
