Acharya Prashant explains that true fulfillment and the act of sharing it are inseparable, much like a flower and its fragrance. If one feels they have attained something but cannot share it, they likely have not truly attained it. He redefines the concept of purpose, stating that while worldly purpose involves a transaction of giving and taking, a selfless or selfless purpose is beyond such calculations. In this state, one gives without seeking a result, though rewards may come naturally without being the focus of one's attention. He emphasizes that the fragrance of truth does not need a method to be shared; its existence and its spreading are the same thing. He highlights a common human error: calculating life based only on what can be quantified. People often celebrate material gains while ignoring the immense, unquantifiable cost of losing peace of mind. This flawed accounting leads to a sense of inner poverty because the most valuable aspects of life are excluded from the balance sheet. He illustrates this with examples of people obsessing over small, measurable losses—like a few minutes of a movie or a small currency note—while ignoring the much larger, immeasurable loss of time, focus, and opportunity. Because truth cannot be counted, people often ignore it in favor of trivial things that can be measured. Finally, Acharya Prashant uses the metaphor of coins and currency notes to describe the spiritual path. Materialistic life is like carrying a heavy bag of low-value coins that cause burden and anxiety. In contrast, spiritual wisdom is like a high-value, weightless credit card representing the ultimate truth. A wise person lives in detachment not by rejecting the world, but by recognizing the low value of material burdens and choosing the weightless, infinite value of the Truth. This state of being allows one to live without the constant burden of calculation and the fear of loss.
